I met Mr. Ike last August when my husband became Pastor at Creekstand ND Church. His presence truly was a light to all. His kind spirit was one of a gentle giant. I'm thankful to have met and worshipped with him. Rest on soldier! I'll see you in the morning! 1st Lady Laura and Pastor Henry Ligon

Ike was such a kind and caring man. It was always a treat to see him at our farm when I visited from North Alabama. The world was certainly better with Ike in it. He was a friend to our entire family. He will be missed.

We hereby extend our Prayers and Condolences to the entire family of Ike Floyd. We have known Ike for many years and always called him (Mt. Ike) He was a dear friend of Dornell's Aunt Ella Mae Welch, and we always enjoying sharing meals and playing cards with him in Smith Station.
