Jacqueline Pinkston, 60, of Phenix City, Alabama passed Tuesday, March 19, 2024 in Columbus, GA.
A Homegoing Celebration will be held Thursday, March 28, 2024 at First Baptist Nicholasville, Rev. Moses L. Radford, officiating. Visitation will be held at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. EST and the service will follow at 1:00 p.m. EST.

Jacqueline Caroline Pinkston, 60, wife of Walter Pinkston, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at St. Francis-Emory Healthcare in Columbus, GA. Jackie was born on February 2, 1964 in Murfreesboro, TN, to the late Fred and Betty Ann Anderson Brown.
Jackie was a 1983 graduate of Woodford County High School and went to further her education at Sullivan College and obtained her degree in Accounting and Business Administration, graduating Cum Laude. Jackie was a devoted member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Phenix City, Alabama, where she was the Secretary of the Usher Board and Vice President of the Missionary Group and a faithful member of the Twelve sisters.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Brown, and a grandson, Joquise Buford. Jackie is survived by her loving husband, Walter, of Phenix City, Alabama; two daughters, Shannon (Romeiko) Brooks of Lexington, KY, Seantel Franklin of Versailles, KY; one son, Stephen Franklin III of Lexington, KY; her pride and joy, The Fab Five (her grandchildren), Kaileigh, Destivin, Stephen IV, Romeiko II, and Carmen; bonus grandchildren, DeKisha, DeAlize, Deondre Pinkston, and Devin Byrd; two great grandchildren, Kelvin Galloway and DeMaria Pinkston; a sister, Kimberly (Preston) Thompson; two brothers, Steve (Shelvie) Brown, and Philip Brown, all of Versailles, KY; her loving fur baby, Roosevelt; a special cousin, Pat brown; sister in law, Carolyn Murray, along with a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Happy Birthday, Mama. I hope you're up there dancing and singing off key cause it's your day 🎂 I miss and love you tremendously, come visit me in my dreams soon..
