Mr. J.C. Upshaw, 59, of Columbus, GA passed Monday, September 13, 2021 in Columbus, GA
Funeral service will be held 3:00 p.m. EST Saturday, September 18, 2021 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Antioch Baptist Church cemetery Pittsview, AL. Visitation is Friday, September 17, 2021 from 1-5 p.m EST.
Mr. Upshaw was born March 16, 1962 in Russell County, Al to the late James Upshaw and the late Leola H. Upshaw. He is survived by four brothers, James Upshaw, Jr., Curtise (Beverly) Upshaw, Earnest Upshaw, Thomas Upshaw; four sisters, Bernice Townsend, Virginia Upshaw, Leola Upshaw and Della (Bobbie) Murph and a host of other relatives and friends.

Sept 13. Changed our life's forever.. you will always be in our hearts. You will always be our Pam. I don't know how we will go on without you. But I know you would want us to push forward. We love you forever.. sleep on our Dear Brother.
Dear Family: Our hearts are broken at the passing of our dear and beloved cousin, J.C.,(Aka Pam). We will never know the will of God and why sometimes it has to be so painful. The bible tells us to trust God with our whole heart and in the end we will understand why.
May God who loves us and will never leave us, grant you strength, peace, and hope during this difficult time. And may he grant Pam a peaceful sleep in Jesus. Know that you all are in heart, prayers, and we love you.
