Keyrill Taylor, 25, of Columbus, GA passed Thursday, August 21, 2025 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. Maurice Mickles, officiating. Burial to follow in West End Cemetery. Public viewing is 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
Keyrill O’neal Taylor was born on May 9, 2000, in Landstuhl, Germany. He grew with the love and guidance of his parents, Chiquita Taylor and Terrill Taylor. He was blessed with the presence of his biological father, Jerry Rutledge. He spent his youth in Phenix City, Alabama, surrounded by a devoted family who nurtured his joyful spirit and unwavering kindness.
A proud graduate of Hardway High School, Class of 2018, Keyrill entered the workforce with determination, becoming a driver for Schwan’s Company, where his work ethic earned him the respect of his colleagues.
Keyrill’s passions spoke to the vibrancy of his life. He was a proud motorcycle enthusiast, best known for his love of his Harley-Davidson, which carried him on countless adventures. He was also an active prospect for the biker’s club, the Cycle Kings, where he found brotherhood and camaraderie.
Beyond his love for motorcycles, Keyrill was a competitive gamer, a passion that connected him with countless friends. Through his gaming, he built deep and lasting bonds that endured until his final days. Keyrill’s presence was unmistakable; his bright smile, contagious laugh, and giving heart brought light into every room he entered.
Though his journey was far too short, the life of Keyrill Taylor is one to be celebrated, for it was filled with passion and laughter. His memory will forever ride alongside us, guiding our paths with the same brightness that defined his remarkable life.
Keyrill was preceded in death by his grandfather, William Christian Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents: Chiquita Taylor of Phenix City, Al and Terrill Taylor of Fulton, KY; his biological father, Jerry Rutledge of Columbus, GA; three brothers: Jamal O’neal Taylor of Phenix City, Al, Isaiah O’neal Taylor of Racine, WI and Terrill O’neal Taylor JR. of Madison, WI; One Sister: Tijah Kennedy of Columbia, SC; A beloved grandmother: Minister Twanda Christian of Phenix City, Al; Grandfather: Irven Doleman of Valley, Al; five uncles: Quintarus Doleman and Travis Doleman of Phenix City, AL, Marcus Taylor and Courtney Taylor of Racine, WI, and Demechico Dozier of Columbus, GA; three aunts: Myesha Taylor of Fulton, KY, Lisa (Alfonzo) Hall of Kissimmee, Fl, and Felecia (Edward) Rutledge of Henrico, VA; four great uncles: Gregory (Allegra) Rose and Mark (Loretta) Rose of Phenix City, AL, Antonio Williams of Montgomery, Al and Reginald (Kay) Williams of Atlanta, GA. A devoted friend: Beverly Foxworth; three nephews, one niece, and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
