Lakiesha Abercrombie, 40, passed on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. EST on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Rev. W.G. Perkins, officiating. Burial to follow in Alexander Abercrombie Cemetery. Public viewing is 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, June 17, 2025.
Ms. Lakiesha Abercrombie was born August 31, 1984 in Muscogee County, Georgia to Mr. Murphy Abercrombie and the late Mrs. Belinda Abercombie. She departed this earthly life in Columbus, Georgia. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 to enter her Master's Joy.
Lakiesha confessed to Christ later in life and was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Russell County, Alabama. She was also a member of the Order Eastern Stars, New Lincoln Chapter #316, Thomaston, Georgia. She was highly honored to be an OES member and she shared often that this was one of her most greatest accomplishments.
Lakiesha leaves her precious memories to a devoted Dad, Murphy Abercrombie of Phenix City, Alabama, two children; one protective son, J'Korius McCall of Columbus, Georgia and one caring daughter, S'Niyah Abercrombie of Columbus, Georgia, one sister, Latiesha Abercrombie of Phenix City, Alabama, one nephew, Freedom Abercrombie of Phenix City, Alabama, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
