Ms. Patricia Ann Mack, 57, of Seale, AL passed on Thursday, March 5, 2026 in Columbus, GA.
Funeral service will be 3:00 p.m. EST, Saturday March,14, 2026 in the C.T. Chapel of Taylor Funeral Home with Pastor Curtis Doleman, officiating. Public visitation will be Friday, March 13, 2026 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST at Taylor Funeral Home.
Patricia A. Smith Mack was born September 11, 1968, in Chicago IL, to Edward L. Smith St. and Mattie L. Jackson Smith.
She departed this life on March 5, 2026, in Columbus, GA.
Tricia/Pat as she is called by family and friends, received her elementary education in Chicago Public Schools. She graduated high school with honors from the prestigious Academy of our Lady. She later moved to Alabama to be near her sister Jacque and grandmother.
Tricia was very reserved in nature, but she had a heart to serve. She became a Master Cosmetologist, to the delight of many. Then, she became a Certified Nursing Assistant working in several nursing homes in Columbus, GA. She found her true passion to serve at Columbus Hospice as a CNA, serving in that capacity for 20 years. Her work ethic, passion, and dedication touched many lives leaving a lasting impact on her clients, their families, coworkers, as well as the company.
Tricia was preceded in death by her parents.
She leaves to cherish her memories (2) sons: Matthew (LaTashia) Mack, Seale, AL, Vontrez (Bianca) Smith; (1) daughter: Ajianna Mack (Chris), Phenix City, AL; (6) grandchildren: Laila Mack, London Mack, Alayna Hoskins, Dallas Smith, Justin Williams; (1) sister: Jacqueline Smith, Phenix City, AL; (1) brother: Edward Smith Jr. (Karin), Chicago, IL; (1) uncle: Walter Jackson, Chicago, IL; (2) aunts: Sandra Morgan and Jane Smith both of South Holland, IL; (2) nieces: Emani and Elana Smith, Chicago, IL; her godchildren: Shawntell Christian, Deonte Davis, Tera, and Miyah Middleton; god sisters/brothers: Diane, Joseph, David, Arick, Demondo, Joey, and Syreta; along with a host of cousins, friends, and her Columbus Hospice family.
