Offering my sincerest condolences and prayers for Shirley's family. My mom and I had the pleasure of working with Shirley for many years. She was dependable, funny, caring, and helpful. It was truly a blessing to know her and she is greatly missed.

My heart felt condolences to the Golden Family. My mother and Shirley's (Sher-Roe) mother attended school together back in the 1920's, and were best friends until they transitioned to a higher world. As a young boy She-Roe was always beautiful with a smile that melts icebergs. In my boyish world she was the "It-Girl" of fashion and charm who loved her family and friends. I could say she was like a sister to my older siblings Trish and Jewell and Tang. She-Roe and that hot smile will surely be missed. Rest in peace Beautiful. Kiss my mother and Aunt Biddie for me.

Derrell, I am so heartbroken to hear of your mother's passing. Shirley and I spent many evenings sitting on her front steps talking about everything under the sun. I am pretty sure if we had had more time we could have solved world peace! Your mom sure loved you and she loved God. I am happy she is no longer suffering but I will miss her.

Praying that God's peace which surpasses all understanding will guard the heart and mind of the family during this difficult time.
