Terrence Lavon Scott Jr., aged 21, was called home by our heavenly Father on August 12,2024 as he slept peacefully. Terrence was born on September 11th, 2002, in Miami, Florida, to Mr. Terrence L. Scott Sr. and Mrs. Sherelle Morgan-Scott. He and his mother, Sherelle recently became residents of Phenix City, Alabama, a place where they could enjoy fresher air and a laid back life. Terrence was truly an "angel on earth", as his loving grandmother, Adrienne would often say. You see, he was born with a debilitating condition called "cerebral palsy" and even though his condition restricted him in many ways physically, that condition could not restrict the powerful light of love that emanated from this very special human being. Terrence enjoyed watching his favorite TV shows, hanging out with his brother Ranard, and riding in his grandma's jeep. And let's not forget, listening to his mother's loud music on the way home from the Pedi Pec Rehabilitation Center, where he had been lovingly cared for throughout his years in Miami, Florida. The medical staff at Pedi Pec truly loved him as he was one their favorite patients.Terrence could brighten anyone's day with his infectious laughter. He had the most inquisitive eyes and that mischievous smile that let you know that he was well aware of everything that went on around him!
Terrence is survived by his Mother, Sherelle Scott- Morgan ,older brother, Ranard Gillis, sisters T'Hai and T'Shaya Scott, Grandmother Adrienne Adderly-Morgan, uncle, Lee Norris Morgan Jr., aunts, Tomeka Bryant and Tekara Jenkins, special family friend Fabian James, as well as many cousins. Terrence's light shall forever shine in all who were blessed to witness the 22 years of the ANGEL ON EARTH.
May his memory always be a blessing to all who was fortunate to share in his life. We at PediPec will always hold his memories dear. With love and prayers, PediPec Staff
To the family It was an honor being in Terrence's life. His eyes and mannerism always let us know, at Pedi pec, that he was having a great time and the love he possessed for us. He truly made our days brighter. Forever in my heart, Rhoedessa (nurse)
