Obituary For Willie Chappell
Mr. Willie Chappell, 77, of Phenix City, AL passed Monday, October 13, 2025.
Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m. EST, Saturday, October 25, 2025 at Mt. Missouri Baptist Church, 931 Rutherford Road, Rev. C.L Carlisle, Pastor and Rev. Marlo Thomas, Eulogist. Interment in the church cemetery.
Public Viewing will be Friday, October 24, 2025 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

I'm really going to miss you, Uncle Chap. I still can't believe you're gone it doesn't feel real. I've been listening to all the songs that remind me of you. Our family never showed affection much, but I'm thankful I got that hug the last time I saw you at the Chevron by the Civic Center, doing one of what you loved playing them numbers lol! I love you so much. You'll always be with me. Rest easy my dear uncle.
I'm gonna miss you Uncle Chap. The cook outs and family gatherings will never be the same without you. We could always count on you coming by even if it was for a few moments You always had a smile on your face, which will greatly be missed.
