Obituary For Willie Henry

Willie J. Henry, 81, of Pittsview, AL passed Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in Columbus, GA.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. EST, Monday, January 21, 2019 at Cool Springs Baptist Church, Pittsview, AL with Rev. Samuel Davis, pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in the new church cemetery. Visitation is Saturday, January 19, 2019 from 12 noon to 5 p.m. EST.

Mr. Henry was born May 6, 1937 to the late John Henry and the late Minerva Denton-Henry. He retired from CSX Railroad and was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church where he serves on the Deacon Board. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge and Easter Star Dalacia Chapter No. 329 O.E.S. Survivors include his wife, Sadie Henry, Pittsview, AL; four sons, John Henry, Kyung Henry, Wayne Crowell, and Marcus Henry; two daughters, Vivian Henry and Linda F. Henry; three sisters, Casandra T. Douglas, Angela Carter and Lula Bell King; 11 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
