Ms. Pauline Smith Wiggins was born June 25, 2026, in Nashville, Tennessee to the union of Emory W. Smith and Mary E. Cowan Smith. This sweet life came to an end on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at Life Care of Old Hickory, Tennessee.
Pauline was educated in the Metro Schools where she graduated from Central High School and continued her education by attending Lipscomb University.
Pauline was baptized in the Church of Christ and was currently a member of Schrader Lane Church of Christ.
She was employed by Vanderbilt Hospital for several years as well as the Nashville Symphony.
She enjoyed reading books, sewing, knitting and crocheting.
She was preceded in death by both parents, Emory, Sr. and Mary Ellen Smith.
She leaves to cherish her memories; her brothers, Herbert (Deirdre) Smith, Emory (Mary) Smith, Charles (Elvera) Smith, devoted sisters, Marietta Wilson and a host of nephews, nieces, great nieces and nephews, devoted cousin, Barbara Brown other relatives and friends.

My Condolences goes out to the family of Pauline. Pauline you will truly be missed. You have been like a older sister to me from the first time I met you in 1994 when we worked at Vanderbilt Hospital together. We had some good times. I will miss our times when we talked on the phone. To her family I will continue to keep y'all in my Prayers. Earth has know sorrow the Heaven cannot Heal.
