On Thursday, January 18, 2024, Rebecca Inez Haynes transitioned to be with the Lord. She was born to Ida Louise Haynes and Rev. Howard V. Haynes on April 16, 1963, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Rebecca received her formal education in Donelson a suburb in Davidson County Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Henry Ford High School in Detroit, MI., Class of 1981.She also obtained various degrees from other Educational Institutions.

Rebecca accepted Christ at an early age and united with Central Peace Baptist Church in Detroit, Michigan.

Rebecca was employed with Bridgestone Arena and Nissan Arena with CSC Security, she was an RN at Vanderbilt Hospital, and she worked a varied of other jobs.

Rebecca affectionately called “Becky Boo” enjoyed dancing, singing, fishing, and loving on her grandkids and great grandkids.

She leaves to cherish her memories children, Brandy Hayes, Marvin R.V. Hayes, Kierra Hayes all of Nashville, TN.; siblings, Sheila (Terrance) Hinton of Ypsilanti, MI., Terrance (Kenya) Haynes of Nashville, TN., Trevor (Christie) Hayes of Nashville, TN.; aunt, Effie Hayes of Mt. Juliet, TN.; uncle, Ronnie (Lynn) Hayes of Nashville, TN.; grandmother, Jean Hayes of Nashville, TN.; best friends , Marcella Wilchel of Detroit, MI., Yolanda Allay of Detroit, MI.; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins, friends, and co-workers.
