Deaconess Shirley Ann Nathan Nashville, TN Age 74, transitioned from her earthly vessel on Sunday, January 25, 2015 at Alive Hospice. She leaves to cherish her memories and celebrate her life, devoted children, Lee I. (Patricia) Nathan, Jr., Lucrecia Branch; sisters, Charleene R. Spencer, Deborah R. Walker; sister-in-law, Helen Bester Ross (all of Nashville, TN); grandchildren, Amber Nathan (Atlanta, GA), Blake Nathan (Indianapolis, IN), Johanathan Walker, Lamar Nathan, Lance Nathan, Shantoya Revels, Nia Branch (all of Nashville, TN); great-grandchildren, Xzavion Nathan (Atlanta, GA), Leonna Walker, Kabria Revels, Patrick Corley, Devin Corley; nephews, Travis Walker, Montez Ross, Julian Walker, Sr. (all of Nashville, TN); niece, Nayasha (Andrea') Farrior (Knoxville, TN); and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Family visitation will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2015 from 10 a.m. - 11 a.m., at The Victory Church of Nashville, 1230 W. Trinity Lane. The Homegoing Celebration will immediately follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a College Scholarship Fund set up for Nia Branch, her youngest grandchild, at Regions Bank.
