Obituary For Jonathan Martez Daniel

Jonathan Martez Daniel was born on December 06, 2001 in LaGrange, Georgia. Jonathan was the son of Alicia M. Daniel and Jonathan M. Moss. Jonathan was also blessed to have Ferrell and LaQuita Moss as his Bonus Parents who cared for him as their own. On Wednesday, December 20, 2023 Jonathan departed his earthly home.

He accepted Christ and was baptised at Smith Chapel United Methodist Church in Pine Mountain GA where he served on the Usher Ministry. Jonathan attended Troup County Schools and loved sports. As a youngster he displayed his talent playing football and was an excellent swimmer. Jonathan enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was God fearing and had a “Sweet Spirit” about himself. With such a joyful personality, Jonathan never met a stranger.

Jonathan is preceded in death by: his grandmother, Betty Ann Moss; sister, Christy Moss; nephew, Kylo Fanning and great grandmother, Pearlie Mae Daniel.

He leaves cherished memories to: his parents, Alicia M. Daniel and Jonathan M. Moss; his bonus parents, Ferrell and LaQuita Moss; his son, Ky’zie Moore; his siblings: Jakhala Moss, Jada Moss, Jayla Moss, Mercedes Harrison, Ryne Brown, Jayquan Daniel, Tyler Daniel, Jessie Moss, Jaylen Lewis and Joshua Moss; his grandmother: Ina Martin; his grandfathers: Ricky Daniel and James Moss, Sr.; his great-grandmother: Mae Will Martin; his uncles: James Moss, Jr. and Justin Martin; his aunts: Nikeshia Fannin, Caresse Daniel, Ashley Martin, and Desiree Daniel; special cousins ; Denisea Daniel and Jakevious Holmes: his best friend Quentavious “Quavo” Woodyard. He will also be missed by a host of other relatives and friends.
