Mrs. Estelle Willingham Allen began her earthly journey on Thursday, August 2, 1934, in Sycamore, Alabama to the union of Steve George Willingham, Sr. and Mary Lee Benson Willingham.

Mrs. Allen had a relationship with the Lord and worshipped at Bibleway Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ in Ragland, Alabama where she made her home. She served the Lord by singing in the senior choir, as a member of the usher board and in leadership as the president of the Pastor’s Aide. She received her education in the schools of Talladega County. On Tuesday, December 5, 1950, Estelle was united in holy matrimony to Joseph Lee Allen and worked tirelessly to love, care and nurture her husband and their children. In her spare time, She enjoyed playing dominoes and checkers, shopping, cooking and watching soap operas and westerns.

On the evening of Monday, July 27, 2020, Mrs. Allen began her eternal journey at the residence of her daughter. She was united in eternity with her husband, Joseph L. Allen; two sons, Myron Allen and Jimmy Allen; her parents, Steve and Mary Willingham; six siblings, Lela Bell Looney, Corine Davidson, Carrie Thomas, Hattie Sue Johnson, George Steve Willingham, Jr. and Charles Willingham; a daughter-in-law, Vivian Allen; and a son-in-law, Joseph Long.
