On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, suddenly, I saw the Lord Jesus, who said to me, “Be at peace, my child. See, you are not alone. My heart watches over you,” and he went to his everlasting home. In eternal rest, he has rejoined his maternal grandparents, Harold and Gwenevere Morris Sr., and sister, Ja’Bree Miller.
Precious memories will be cherished by his parents, Ms. Nikisha Morris and Mr. Walter (Denishea) Jones Jr.; his grandparents, Rev. Walter (Lillie) Jones Sr., and Martha (Christopher) Williams Sr.; soulmate, QuinDasia Edwards; children, Ja’Karsyn Jones, Ja’Quor Jones, Ja’Bria Jones, and Ja’Melo Jones; siblings, Tamishia Morris, Jacolby (Shawanna) Bryant, Ja’Todd Jones, Jalen Miller, Ja’Queshia Morris, and Janay (Caleb) Peoples; a host of aunts and great-aunts, uncles and great-uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Special gratitude to Paul (Shonda) Chatman and Shirley Searcy.
