Obituary For Larry Cochran

Mr. Larry Wayne Cochran was born on Sunday, February 10, 1946, in Pell City, AL to Mr. Lonzer Cochran and Mrs. Mary Martin Cochran.
Larry started his Christian journey at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church. He attended
Talladega County Training School. Larry married the late Ever Nell Cochran in May of 1972. He
began his professional career working at Union Camp Corporation and driving concrete trucks
for Waites Construction and Webb Concrete.
Larry leaves his memories with his daughters, Mrs. Lisa (Jonathan) Butler of Gadsden AL and
Mrs. Latorcia (Richard) Strown of Pell City, AL; and his son, Mr. Allen (Kim) Morris of
Birmingham AL. Larry’s love also extends to his 5 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; his
sisters-n-law, Ms. Annie Mae Cochran and Ms. Annett Garrett of Talladega, AL; and his
brothers-n-law, Mr. Charlie Wilson of Talladega, AL and Mr. Freddy Edwards of Atlanta, GA.
Larry answered the Master’s call on Saturday, March 8, 2025, at St. Vincent’s UAB East. He was
preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Ever Nell Cochran; his parents, Mr. Lonzer Cochran Sr. and
Mrs. Mary Martin Cochran; his siblings, Mrs. Lula Mae McCan, Mr. Lonzer Cochran Jr., Ms. Betty Ann Keith, Mr. Robert
Cochran, Ms. Mary Virginia McElderry and Ms. Candy Helen Edwards.
