Priscilla was born on Friday, September 14th, 1956, and spent her formative years in Alpine, Alabama, where she would later return from Los Angeles, California to enjoy her retirement years surrounded by cherished family and community.

Priscilla was a proud graduate of Talladega County Training School and pursued further education at Los Angeles Community College. With a career spanning over three decades, she served as a dedicated district manager for Burger King Corporation, overseeing multiple establishments in Los Angeles, California.

As a woman of profound faith, Priscilla was a devoted member of Shiloh Temple of Deliverance. Her resilience was particularly evident in her courageous 19-year battle against cancer, which she fought with grace and determination. Her legacy as a strong cancer warrior inspires all who knew her.

Priscilla had a passion for life's simple pleasures, taking joy in spending quality time with her family and perfecting her "secret recipe" pound cakes. Her love for the NBA, soulful gospel songs, and sage advice imparted wisdom and warmth to her adoring nieces and nephews.

Priscilla is lovingly remembered by her surviving sisters, Sylvia Phillips of Alpine, AL, Carolyn Phillips Lawson and Sabrina Phillips (Derrick) Clark of Talladega, AL; and her brother, Andre (Janice) Phillips of Talladega, AL. She is further survived by her special "mama's nieces," Bria Clark and Brianna Clark Hardaway; as well as her sisters-in-law, Conswalia Phillips and Glenda "Kay" Swain. Her large family includes a host of dear nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and countless friends.

Priscilla Frances Phillips, beloved sister, aunt, and friend, departed this life on Monday, June 8th, 2026, at the age of 69. She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Donnicus J. Phillips; her father, Arch Phillips; her mother, Magnolia Phillips; her sister, Brenda Phillips Rivers; and her brothers, Reginald Phillips, and Karon A. Phillips.

In this time of loss, we find solace in knowing that Priscilla is reunited with her loved ones in eternal peace, her legacy living on in the light she brought into our lives.
