Tasha was born on a cold winter's day, December 1st, 1979, in Talladega, Alabama to Mr. Michael J. Lee and Mrs. Jacqueline Street Lee.
A proud alumna, she graduated from Talladega High School in the class of 1998. Known for her nurturing spirit and unwavering patience, Tasha devoted her professional life to caring for others as a self-employed caregiver.
Throughout her life, Tasha developed a deep appreciation for the simple joys of life. She found happiness in activities such as shopping, cooking, dining out, and, most importantly, spending cherished moments with her family
Tasha is survived by her devoted father, Michael J. Lee, and a loving family who mourn her departure yet celebrate the beautiful memories she leaves behind. Her brothers and sister, April Lee of Talladega, AL, Terry Street of Raleigh, NC, Corey Groce of Atlanta, GA, Derrick (Keyonna) Lee of Saks, AL and Justin Lee of Madison, AL, along with her eight beloved nieces and nephews, will continue to carry her legacy. She also leaves behind her uncles, Wayne Wallace and Rick Wallace of Childersburg, AL; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Tasha, a cherished daughter, sister, and friend, left this world peacefully on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at the age of 46. Tasha was preceded in death by her mother, Jacqueline Lee, who she is now reunited with.
May we find comfort in the memories and the legacy she leaves behind, and may she rest in eternal peace.
