Tracylyn Elise Garrett was born on November 8, 1960, to the late Joe Henry Keith and Lois Marie Garrett.
A lifelong resident of Talladega, Tracylyn was a proud graduate of Talladega High School. She accepted Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of Morning Star Baptist Church. Throughout her life, Tracylyn was a dedicated employee, sharing her hard work and warm smile with New South Express, Alpine Bay Resort, and Avondale Mills.
Tracylyn possessed a vibrant spirit and a love for life. She found great joy in sewing, traveling, and going on shopping adventures. Above all else, she cherished spending quality time with her family and friends. Her legacy of love, kindness, and devotion will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Tracylyn Elise Garrett peacefully transitioned from this life on June 2, 2026, in Trussville, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her beloved parents Joe Henry Keith and Lois Marie Garrett.
Her memory will be forever cherished by her loving and devoted son, Timothee Garrett (Lattoria), of Summerville, South Carolina; and her two adored grandchildren.
She also leaves behind a legacy of love through her devoted siblings: her sisters, Annette Chatman (Stanley) of Talladega, AL, Timillion Keith-Lindsey (Tyrone) of Columbus, OH, Quintina Keith-Stewart (Larry) of Columbus, OH, and Stephanie Keith-Dent of Pickerington, OH; and her brothers, Anthony Strickland (Glenda) of Lincoln, AL, Alvin Strickland of Talladega, AL, Jeffrey Keith (Cindy) of Snellville, GA, Darryl Keith of Columbus, OH, Marvin Moten of Talladega, AL, and Richard Jones (Crystal) of Columbus, OH.
