Vance was basically the brother I never had but God always knew I needed. He made me tough. He taught me a lot about life. And he taught me that family isn't always blood. I'm forever grateful for him. I love you Vance. Rest easy Bubba. Go show Jesus how to be a redneck.

Frank and I met Vance 25 years ago. He showed up one day to help us round up cattle that had gotten out. From then on he was around when we needed him to haul hay or work with Frank on a construction job, and at our Blue Creek arena. He was always saying or doing something funny and making us laugh. I'll never forget the time he borrowed our cart and got it stuck in the creek, so he came back and got my father in laws tractor to pull it out, but got it stuck in the creek too. I bet Mac and Vance are having a good laugh together now. RIP Vance.

Jonathan and I have known Vance basically our whole lives and our hearts hurt for everyone who knows, knew and loved him; we did too. Sending lots of love and prayers for all. R.I. P. Sweet Vance 🙏❣️
