Ewell "Buddy" Lee Johnston

Growing up when, my Dad (Buddy) , my grandfather TC and I were together doing something, I would be so happy. No were I rather be. Dad taught me to run trot lines, to drive, work on my truck. I have so many memories I can't pick only one. I love my dad. He never gave any bad advice, it was always for my own good. I was a daddies boy. Not to long ago he said my life and I was a mirror image ( of him). One of my fondest memories is in the mid 70's and on , watching Alabama with him and my grandma Johnston . Roll Tide

One of my favorite memories to this day was when he was video taping our graduation. At the time Sarah's last name started with an A and mine started with a W. When recording he recorded only her and myself. Leaving out the majority of our class not to mention everyone in between. Loved him. He was always a joyous man who knew just what you needed to hear. Will always be one of my favorite men. Also always looked forward to seeing him at Wal-Mart when he worked there.
