Obituary For Antino Cooper
With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing ouf our beloved Antino Cooper, lovingly known as BIG BABY. On February 16, 2026, he peacefully departed from this world at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Born on May 16, 1974, at Wake Med, Antino M. Cooper was a remarkable individual who led a fulfilling life. He resided in Angier, North Carolina. He was the beloved son of Diane Hart and Ricky Jackson.
Antino Cooper received his education at Reidsville High School where he wrestled. A hard-working man throughout his career with Wake County Public School System. He will be remembered for his loyalty, generosity, and perseverance. Antino lived a life filled with passion, purpose, and unwavering determination. He embraced every challenge with grace and faced adversity with unwavering strength. Throughout his journey, he touched the lives of countless people with kindness, wisdom, and infectious laughter.
As a devoted father, Antino nurtured a loving and close-knit family. He was the cherished husband of Sarah Cooper, and together they created a beautiful legacy of love, and devotion. His children, Montash'a (Jobe), Octavia (Carnell), Laqonta (Isaiah), Keturah, and Ricky were his pride and joy. His warm presence leaves behind his grandchildren, ZiQuan, Carnell Jr. Isaiah, Kameron, Irie, Jobe Jr, Ny'Omi, Jeremiah, and Ocean. Antino leaves behind a sister, A'Lisa Jackson, and several surviving relatives and close acquaintances who will deeply miss him.
In reflecting upon his life, we remember Antino Cooper for his passion of fishing, trail rides, watching his daughter Montash'a race at the Dunn Benson racetrack, bowling, riding his motorcycle, and attending flea markets every weekend. His legacy will forever be in our hearts.
After this memorial service we will have a repass directly after honoring and celebrating the life of Antino Cooper at the Cooper's residence. Your presence and support during this difficult time are greatly appreciated. We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all those who have shown their love, support, and condolences during this time. Your thoughts and kind words have provided us with love and strength.
Memorial service will be held 12:30 pm on Friday, February 27, 2026, at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.
