Prayers of comfort and strength
There was a time when I was down on my luck. Bishop kept praying for me. He got me a job where he worked. I moved up the ranks and eventually went to college. he gave me my first license to preach and I later became a sheriff's chaplain and a leader in the health professions. He witnesses my transformation from a juvenile delinquent to Dr. Tommy Davis, Ph.D. I have come into contact with very few men who exhibited grace in the midst of so much calamity. He received his reward---eternal life with Christ.
He will be missed.
Sending my condolences and prayers.I will miss him dearly and loved praising God with him.

Added the memory "When he entered into Glory" it is from his niece: Minister Ellen Joyce Matthews and Great Niece Amber Matthews-Dunlap of Columbia South Carolina. He was our last living Patriarch. His legacy will continue to be carried out in this world through the lives of his many loved ones as a testament to the powerful Word of God that was sown among and within us trough his diligent teachings. His love was great and without end. Your Niece and Family: Minister Ellen Joyce Matthews and 10 Brothers and Sisters that loved him.
When he entered into Glory there was no mortal stain upon him. He walked through the gates of heaven tall, strong, with arms raised in victory declaring glory and honor to God. That is who Bishop Henry Lee Williams was and that is how I will remember my uncle always. Love and Honor to My Aunt: 1st Lady Williams who loved him for more than 50 years. Such great love I have for her strength, integrity, and righteousness. Love to the children. Always in Christ.
