My condolences to the family of Carolyn Spence. Carolyn was a member of the Traveletts Club for over 34 years and truly embraced the joy of travel, especially after devotedly caring for her mother. She had a deep love for traveling, and I will always remember and miss her beautiful smile and the wonderful trips we shared together.

It was just the other day that I saw you smiling and enjoying life. Just the other day you were full of life and loving what you were doing. Just the other day you were speaking about the beautiful soul of Janet Jones to her family and friends. Now here we are looking at how life has been snatched away from you as time ran out on you and now our hearts are missing you for God was keeping watch over you and your time has come and you could no longer stay here even if you wanted, when God says child of God come home, you had to answer. Seems I was just getting the chance to appreciate the full bounty of your soul, not to mention the style curations that you so generously conferred upon me. Thank you most of all for seeing me, for valuing the Light that you have always appreciated that I carry. Thank you for coming up to me at Trice's Funeral Home, on November 23, 2025, and acknowledging the last prayer I'd prayed at our home church, Bazzel Creek Missionary Baptist Church. You told me that you heard the prayer clearly, and it was that Christ IN YOU, is the hope of Glory. In this moment, I believe, for sure, you were letting me know that it would be okay for you to go on Home. You're forever in my heart and soul.

Our sadness cannot be expressed in words. Carolyn was part of our insurance family for over 20 years and, therefore, part of our family. We are still shocked at her sudden passing. Carolyn supported us when our mother passed. She was such a wonderful friend to my sister, Wanda, and grieved with us when Wanda passed. Now we grieve with Sidney, Anthony and Lamont at the loss of our sweet Carolyn. I hope Wanda and Carolyn have found each other in Heaven, are hanging out with Mama and they're all enjoying being with The Lord.
