To Joyce the Family: Pete was an awesome brother who always kept it real. He was a great friend through the years. He always greeted you with a smile and had great conversation. He will be missed. Just remember the great things you both did and times you and the family had together. May God keep him and may he rest in power.
To the Harrelson family, sorry for the loss of your love one. Pete was a nice gentle man with a deep conviction to God. As a motor carrier operator, what I remember most about him is on every bus trip with his church, he wanted a front seat. He would have me laughing from the church to our destination. A man deep with conviction and love for all. May God continue to bless his family and love ones. John & Elzinia Williams

To Pete's Family. It was such a pleasure the first time we met a little over 10 years ago. I remember you all coming up to visit my mom and Me in Durham. I hate Pete has to sleep for a while but thankful he is resting now without pain or stress. He leaves a wonderful legacy in his Beautiful and loving Family. I never doubt John 5:28,29 will happen soon. As we endure these critical last days, Be encouraging and Supportive of each other. We will Miss that Hardy voice and Kind Smile, but we will meet again under much better circumstances. I Love you all❤️
Dear Harrelson Family, I am deeply saddened that Pete has passed away. I have many fond memories of Pete and look forward to seeing his million dollar smile again one day. To say that he loved his family is an understatement, you were his world. I'm sending you all prayers of comfort and strength. He will be missed! 😢😢😢
