I met Cynthia through my dear friend Dorothy, her sister. On several occasions I enjoyed her warm hospitality and awesome meals! She was a real classy Lady. My heart goes out to Dorothy and the rest of her family.

Cynthia was a ray of sunshine and her smile always lit up the room everywhere she went. She loved her boys and Mr James they were the love of her life. I enjoyed working with her at Blue Ridge Family Physicians and was a head teacher to one of her sons at daycare. You will be greatly missed by many, my sincere condolences to your family. Cynthia and I worked together at Duke for years. She was an awesome person. I never saw her come out of character when the doctors would get on her nerves. She would always kill ''em with kindness. She was dedicated to her work even when she was in pain she was here until she couldn't take it no more. She loved her boys always talking and bragging about them. And her man the love of her life.
