Horace Palmer was a humble and a good Human being. Horace was a very hardworking person and had the helping tendency for the colleagues. Though I had worked with him on ODP Transition Project for a short time, Horace helped us a lot during the initial stages of the project and enabled us to settle down through Teamwork and putting in hard work for long working hours. He will be truly missed by his family & fellow HCL Team members. May the departed soul RIP and have a peaceful eternal journey !

Horace - my dear colleague. I recollect the numerous occasions we had a casual chat related to work and general topics and the sync up we both nurtured and enjoyed. Really miss you.

I'm really saddened by Horace's passing. I met him through PSCC youth ministry and he was a very nice and caring person. It gives me great pleasure knowing that he was a man that loved God. He will be missed but he is sitting high with our father in heaven. There is no greater accomplishment.

My cousin dear cousin and brother Horace ❤️ loves the Lord, and the Lord loves him. He loves his family and we love ❤️ him. He ran his race, and fought his fights diligently before the Lord. I pray 🙏🏽 God's strength and peace for all our family.
