Lewis was our next door neighbor and he was like family. We were close and he always always looked out for me and my family. He will definitely be missed. During the summer, he would always be sitting in his garage and would call me over to just chat. There will never be another Lou Lou!!!! Prayers to Cynthia aka Cimp.
