The very minute we heard of Linda's passing was devastating, to say the least. She was a remarkable woman—a devoted mother, grandmother, and wife for many years. Linda was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, embodying a spirit of generosity and kindness.

I fondly remember when Linda would open her house to do hair. The neighborhood would be swarmed with cars, all waiting for their turn to get their hair done by Linda. She loved baking and had a special knack for welcoming and loving everyone. Her boys were the light of her life; when her grandchildren came along, they added an extra spark to her eyes and life. Linda truly adored her daughters-in-law and had a special place in her heart for everyone she met—she never met a stranger.

When Linda and Larry moved away, our neighborhood felt dimmer, and now, knowing she is no longer with us, the void is even greater. After decades of being neighbors, her absence leaves a significant gap in our hearts. We will forever cherish Linda, remembering her warmth, generosity, and the joy she brought to our lives.

Linda and I have known each other for years and our young men went to school and played ball together until they moved to other schools. They have remained friends throughout these many years. It was a shock when I heard of Linda's homegoing and it's still hard to fathom. She may not be here with us in the physical, but she will remain in our hearts. To the family lean on God and trust His every word and He will get you through. If He brings you to it, He will surely carry you through it. Be blessed and know that God loves you and so do we.
