Marvin Lee Burch was born January 1, 1953 to the late David Henry Burch and Lillie Mae Burch.
Marvin attended Westside High School in Chadbourn, North Carolina. He worked for the City of Raleigh in the Sewer Maintenance Division where he retired on November 1, 2014 after ten years of service.
In 1973, he married Fannie Ratliff Burch (deceased). From this marriage there were three children, Marlon (deceased), Angela and Teka.
Marvin was preceded in death by three siblings, Henry Burch, Larry Burch and Annie Brown.
He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters, Angela Brewington (Sam) and Teka Burch; six grandchildren, Markel Beckwith, Tynia Burch, Lamaya McClain, NaShawn Rose, Terrell Rose and Octavia Rose; two great-grandchildren, Jamaya Burch and Jelani Scott; one great-uncle, Willie Lee Burch; one stepsister, Teresa Thomas and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
Public Viewing: 1:00 - 6:00 pm on Monday, February 3, 2025, at Trice Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral will be held at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, February 4, 2025, at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.
Burial: Starlight Memorial Gardens, Lois Lane in Holly Springs, NC.
