Obituary For Michael Harris

Micheal Anthony Harris was born on May 14th, 1961, and went home to be with our heavenly father on July 17th, 2023. Michael leaves behind his Wife Patsy Shaw-Harris, Son Christopher Shaw, and Daughter Tanika Ricks. 6 Grandchildren Mack Patterson, Alexis Shaw, Jeremy Adams, Jordan Patterson, Maurian Patterson, And Khalil Harris. 2 Great-Grandchildren Jahirah and Alivia; 5 sister-in-laws Jacqueline Lanier, Barbara Lugo, Cathy Amoh, Gwendolyn Lewis and Bettie Williamson; 4 brothers Louie Bona (Ida) Stewart, James Harris, William Stewart, and Conrad Harris. 4 sisters Cindy Stewart, Sherlene Jones, Pam (Maurice) Brown, and Angela (Ron) Jones. 1 Aunt Edna Willis, and 2 uncles Henery Lee Harris, and Ree Harris. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Michael was proceed in death by his mother Lillie Ball, his father Lewis Stewart, and daughter Sharon Shaw-Adams.

Michael loved to spend time with his grandchildren. He was the best PaPa any child could ask for. He rarely went any where without one of them tagging along. Michael loved to go fishing, he loved to be with his family and his friends whenever he could. It was never too many times that he didn't have a smile on his face. He made a lot of people smile and laugh without even really trying. He had a good spirit and people loved to be in his presence. Michael will truly be missed here on earth by many. The thing that is keeping us together at this hard time is Faith and knowing that he is no longer suffering and now his soul is at peace.

Thanks to everyone that has been praying for his family during this hard time, they really appreciate it from the bottom of their hearts.

Memorial service will be held 1:00 pm Sunday, August 6, 2023 at Trice Funeral Home Chapel, 127 N. West Street in Fuquay-Varina, NC 27526.
