My deepest condolences go out to the family. I remember Mr.Phillip when I was a little girl at church. Very nice man...blessings to you all.
There's so much to say about Phil Johnson (PJ) that I don't know where to start. From my first interview with him in 1992 until a few weeks ago, I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with a one of a kind! If I could sum up in one word what Phil represented, it would be "Love". Phil Loved people! One may ask, how can Phil have so much love in his heart? With all the backbiters, haters, evil doers he encountered, many while smiling in his face. I'll tell you, It was God living on the inside that shined on the outside. I listened to him as he would say, we have a good crew! With PJ, we did! Phil understood we are all different and his purpose was to keep individuality within the crew while sharing a common goal. On one of our drives to BNP for spring pack testing Phil said, God has blessed me with so much. He began with his wife Judy, his children and grands, his church, his job was just a few but one in particular stood out to me was, giving him good people to work with and work around. What I have witnessed is that He was the good one! God puts people in our lives for a season, a short season for me getting to know and appreciate Phil but even with his departure from this earthly stage, I know I'll see him again!
Phil is resting from his labors with the Savior he sang about and loved! My prayers go out to the family during this very difficult time.

SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS,PHILL WAS THE BEST SUPERVISOR I EVER WORKED FOR,I KNOW HE WILL BE IN HEAVEN AND GODS HANDS .REST IN PEACE PHILL
When I started at HNP 15 years ago, Phil wasn't my supervisor but still offered a lot of knowledge, guidance, and good clean jokes. My favorite was "the brown pants"! Phil was definitely one of those that you knew he was a Christian by his actions. Will miss him but we will see him again one day. Prayers for peace and comfort for his family and friends. Eddie Brannan

Thoughts and prayer to Phil's Family during this time. Many thinks of the help while working at HNP.
I'm confident saying that while Phil is absent from the body, he is present with the Lord! Phil has reached his heavenly home where he will spend eternity worshiping and praising God. I first met Phil in the early 80's and had the pleasure of working with him for many years. Phil was kind, soft-spoken, and friendly to everyone. I know that many hearts are broken and sad because of his passing. We are praying for God to give you comfort now and in the days to come. Jimmy Blackburn
What a joy it was to work with such an easy going, humble, and gracious man. I was an IC/MOV supervisor at the Brunswick Plant and had the God given pleasure to work with Phil. He supported our Refuel outages and always brought his top technicians from the Harris Plant to make sure we were successful. Phil's smile on his face and his tendency to laugh out loud when we needed it made the outage a lot less stressful. Rest in Peace Phil and blessings and love to the entire Johnson family. Larry Rieman

I had the true honor and privilege to work alongside Phil for several years. He was always cheerful and helpful in so many ways. Although I have not seen Phil in many years I still considered him a friend. The world has lost a great man but heaven has gained an angel who will serve us in even greater ways. Rest in peace Phil. I had the privilege to know and work with Phil. He had a kind, gentle, and giving spirit and was someone I always looked forward to talking to at work. If I was having a tough day, it was always better after spending some time talking with Phil. He was a good person, a good Christian, and a good friend. The world is worse off not having him in it, but heaven is certainly a little brighter now that he is home with his Lord. Thoughts and prayers to his family. As longtime friends and coworkers, we loved him, too. May God bless and comfort you all. Patty Morales
