Shirley Utley Winston, 73 of Fuquay-Varina, NC passed on March 14, 2020 at the home. She is survived by: her two beloved daughters, Angela Williams of Wake Forest, NC and Nikki McKoy of Mableton, GA; three brothers, David Utley of Durham, NC, Tony Thomas of Raleigh, NC, and Raphael Thomas of Tulsa, OK; four grandchildren, Kristan McKoy of Durham, NC, Phanessa McKoy of Durham, NC, James McKoy of Raleigh, NC, and Natalie Jones of Winston Salem, NC; a brother-inlaw, Clarence Nesmith of Fuquay-Varina, NC; one special nephew, Charles Nesmith (Gloria) of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and six great-grandchildren, a host of godchildren, other family, and friends.

Burial: Starlight Memorial Gardens in Holly Springs, NC.
