Torey was very Dear to me. My favorite memory of Torey was when he was a toddler, he Always wanted to be under me and for me to hold him and play games with him. He will truly be missed. Fond memories will Forever be in my heart of Torey. May GOD BLESS AND KEEP THIS BEAUTIFUL FAMILY.
Love, Laura Spencer&Family
I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Torey and my prayers and thoughts are with you as you go through this difficult time. Just know that earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal. And when the pain seems to hard to bare, just look towards heaven and that twinkling star that you see will be Torey letting you know that he will always be there with you in your heart.Be blessed and know that God loves you and will be there for you now and in the days ahead. Love, Clarese M Howard
Weâre so sorry to hear you are grieving the recent loss of Torey. It surely is a very difficult time; but we both hope you can find some comfort in the words of Nahum 1:7 which reads: 'Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of distress. He is mindful of those seeking refuge in him.' Yes, you can rely completely on our Loving God. He also has made the SURE promise of a resurrection right HERE ON EARTH when it is restored to a beautiful paradise (Acts 24:15; Psalms 37:9-11, 29, Isaiah 55:11). Then death will be gone forever (Isaiah 25:8; Revelation 21:3,4) Going online at JW.ORG, We have found great Bible help as well as videos about this resurrection.
After I read about Torey's recent death after just 28 way too short years of precious life, I wanted to express my feelings of sympathy for the Shuma-Te' family and friends. I know Torey has left you with many precious memories and will be greatly missed. When our loved ones fall asleep in death, the pain and grief seems unbearable. Our loving God, Jehovah (Psalm 83:18), understands how we feel and he comforts us by means of his word the Bible. Psalm 34: 18 tells us: 'Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit.' Jehovah invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief because he cares for you very much. 1 Peter 5:7 Most of us have seen this enemy death claim the lives of people dear to us. But Jehovah God promises to destroy this enemy, death, once and for all. Rev. 21: 4; tells us: 'And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore.' (Isaiah 25: 8, 1 Corinthians 15: 26) Isaiah 26:19 'Your dead will live......And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life.' Isaiah 25:8 'He will swallow up death forever. For Jehovah himself has spoken it.' For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection (John 5: 28, John 6: 40, John 11:23-25) I offer my sincere condolences to the family. Feel free to contact me at my email address: myranj@centurytel.net I pray you will find comfort reading the above scriptures in your personal Bible and to please watch this beautiful video (song 144) entitled 'Keep Your Eyes on the Prize' https://tv.jw.org/#en/video/VODChildren/pub-pksn_
