Hi Willie...My memories of you go back to kindergarten through 2nd grade...You were my Prince and I your Princess...You were the first person who showed me love and respect for who I was and who you perceived me to be..You were my first true love and what a Blessing that was...You were such a respectful and loyal young man at such an early age...I consider myself fortunate to have encountered a love like you at such an early age and nothing can ever take that away...May you Rest in the Pease and Comfort of the most high...I have always loved you and I always will..Though we haven't seen or heard from each other for years....What we shared in our very young lives was Eternal...Be Blessed Beyond Measure and Rest in Heavenly Peace...You don't know how heartbreaking this is...RIP my love...Heavenly Peace....
My sincere condolences to the family of Willie Lee Stone, Jr. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.
Willie, You will truly be missed. I will hold on to the memories of us growing up in "The Big Quay", playing basketball on the dirt and asphalt basketball courts, and going to school in Fuquay from young boys to high school. I remember the competitive battles during practice and during the games on Fuquay High School's basketball teams from JV to varsity. The best games were the pickup games in our friends' backyards, the old FHS gym, and the asphalt courts outside of the gym. I left the area after college and didn't return until 25 years later. Unfortunately, this is the first that I have seen you as Willie the adult man. Rest in peace.
