Praying God will heal your hearts and comfort you during this time. -Nigia, Ms Shikena & K'mari
She was an angel to me. She always had a smile on her face. She lit up the room whenever she walked in. I'm in a group home and it is so hard to stay positive. I have been broken and betrayed so much that I forgot what it's like to be happy. Ms. Amber was part of my spiritual family. It is extremely hard to lose someone you hold so dearly in your heart. She helped the pain go away with her smile and laugh. She will be forever missed. Have fun in heaven where there is no pain. Thank you for your love. I pray that I will see you again oneday.
She helped me during my journey with being in the group home. She helped me overcome my battles. You just knew it would be a good day when you walked into church and saw her smile at you. She will be deeply missed by all the FCC girls who have gotten the chance to meet her warmness.
Amber always had a smile on her face. She had such a kind and caring heart for the kids she worked with. She was always eager for knowledge. She will be missed greatly. Her family and friends are in my thoughts and prayers!
As one of your oldest cousins, I will cherish the many laughs we shared, the slumber parties, birthday's, Halloween costumes we wore to watching you at your first ballet recital to your many basketball games. You have always and will be one of the brightest stars that I know. Even looking at your smile on your pictures hit my soul but I know deep in my heart that you are free, happy and in a loving place really living a better life with the people we love. See you on the other side my love! You will always be treasured.
From Bishop Shawn Bryant and Elect Lady Cheryl Bryant of Charlotte, NC

I worked with Amber side by side everyday. Her love for what she did was truly inspiring. It was such a light to work with her everyday & she always did it with the biggest smile.
