Grandma... I miss you already.. I'm trying to be strong for you today because I know you wouldn't want me not to be. I really miss our chats and lil laughs. And I'm sending my love to you and I know you love me too. Lord I need you.. love you sooo much.. I'm so blessed to call you my grandmother.
"The Lord your God is living among you. He is a mighty savior. He will take delight in you with gladness. With his love, he will calm all your fears." I send a prayer for my school comrade knowing she is happy at rest, but also knowing how she misses the school house. She will be missed at Lithonia Middle School.
I first met Brenda Whitaker many years ago as we both taught at Lithonia High School. She always had a kind and loving spirit that she allowed to lead her life on a daily basis. She loved her students, and she believed in all of them. She went out of her way to help everyone that needed her assistance. She was truly a Woman of GOD as she was never too afraid to give the LORD his praises on a daily basis.
She made such a profound difference that helped many of the teachers have a more positive attitude on everything as I called her, "Shorty Pimp." She was truly a Child of GOD everyday with no regrets at all. She had a Heart of GOLD, and she will Truly Be Missed by everyone that knew her or heard about her Loving Spirit.
She will be missed but never forgotten or duplicated. Victoria Haley and our family offer our Sincere Condolences to her Wonderful Son and Family Members.
We know that she is resting with our LORD AND SAVIOR, JESUS CHRIST!!!
