Feb 21st, the world has been a little quieter. Our last words were simple: "Be safe." "You too, hell." I still carry our conversations and the laughter in my heart. I knew I had to show up today, to honor you and your send-off. You made a mark on everyone who knew you, and you will be deeply missed. Rest in peace.

To Callie, Mr. Bobby, Kyle, and the entire family, I extend my sincerest condolences to you all. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Upon learning the news, my son was visibly distraught, as I had to pull myself together to be strong for him. I want to thank you Callie for sharing your son with my family. His long-standing friendship with my son Daiquan, which began in elementary school at Snapfinger and endured over the years, is a testament to the numerous memories we have shared. Every interaction with him was characterized by his genuine concern for others, as he would frequently check in on me and offer assistance whenever possible. Recently, I had the opportunity to witness him selflessly pay for the groceries of five individuals in the store, exemplifying his remarkable kindness. I offer my deepest sympathies.
