Dearest LaToya, I did not know a lot about you however, my children were always in Awwh about you and how nice you were to them. I would see you all the time at the "Clark's Residence" and your heart matched your smile. Your smile left a great impression on me and you're always in great spirits and you would light up a room!!! May God keep your family, friends, and loved ones in perfect peace. I believe God's word and you have left a strong legacy behind and one day, we'll meet, again!!!

My deepest sympathy. LaToya and myself we became great friends. When she contacted me. To inform of her journey. The first go round. We prayed and prayed to our Lord. LaToya was our mail carrier for Matthews Cafeteria for a while. I met her my first Monday at work and we hit it off right away. She never once mentioned breast cancer to me....we only laughed and exchanged pleasentries when she wasn't in a hurry. I knew that I had not seen her for a while, then Antonio informed me of her passing on Monday of this week. It made me EXTREMELY sad ....lost my Mother to breast cancer in 2006.....if I had known she was fighting the same cancer, I would have pulled her aside and prayed for her. Did not have the privilege of knowing LaToya for a long time, but she radiated sweetness, love and compassion....she will be missed by all of us at Matthews Cafeteria.
