Precious memories of Deacon Anderson, consist of his hearty smile and solid Christian faith. A willingness to help and share Christ to all he came in contact with. A loving husband and father and great friend especially to Rev. Richard T. Johnson. Their last visit together both sang a song. What joy. Rest peacefully with our LORD. Praying for Deaconess Frances, Cynny, Barry and Family, Sincerely, Yolanda Johnson
My fondest memories are of Deacon Anderson along with Deaconess Anderson loving leading the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Youth Council in Philadelphia. Opening their home and hearts to countless "Rap Sessions" where we would discuss our WOES and CONCERNS biblically and eat like there was no tomorrow. Deacon Anderson, thank you for LOVING each one of us(Youth) as if we were your own. You and Sis. Anderson trained us well. Love, Renee(Roberts)Willoughby
I remember the last time we came to visit Grandpa and he said "you know our birthdays coming up." lol I'm going to miss his stories, his blessings, his jokes, his unwillingness to exercise & calling him just to hear him ask for Mr. Ryan. Forever in our prayers Grandma Anderson, Aunt Cynny & Uncle Barry.
