Tiffany Nicole Rose was born in Brooklyn, New York, on October 17, 1981, at Downstate Medical Center to Carmen Pitter and Michael Bertrand. In the late 1990s, she made Georgia her home, settling in Lithonia, where she continued to build a life filled with family, friendship, creativity, and love.

Tiffany was a woman whose presence brought joy, warmth, and personality wherever she went. She never met a stranger. She was fun-loving, compassionate, creative, and a true social butterfly. She had a natural gift for connecting with people and making those around her feel welcomed and included.

A graduate of the Class of 1999 from Lithonia High School, Tiffany carried her creativity and entrepreneurial spirit throughout her life. She also dedicated more than 20 years of her life to working in healthcare, where her compassion and caring spirit touched the lives of those around her. She founded her own event planning business, Libra Magic LLC, where she was able to turn her imagination and love for bringing people together into something of her own. Creativity was not simply something Tiffany possessed; it was one of the ways she expressed her love.

Tiffany also proudly served as a board member of her cousin Cole’s CEP Foundation, where she served as Director of Events and Marketing. In this role, she brought her creativity, organizational talents, and passion for bringing people together to the foundation’s work.

She had a special talent for making moments memorable. Whether through beautifully planned events, creative shirts and pins, games, food, or the thoughtful details she added to family gatherings, Tiffany had a way of making people feel that an ordinary day could become a special occasion.

Those who knew Tiffany will also remember the way she encouraged and spoke life into others. She had a gift for reminding the people she loved of their worth and encouraging them to see the best in themselves. Her words, laughter, generosity, and presence left an impression that will remain long after her passing.

Tiffany's greatest treasures were the relationships she cultivated throughout her life. She loved her family and friends deeply and brought her own unique light into every relationship she formed.

Tiffany was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, her father, Michael Bertrand, and other cherished family members and friends who welcomed her home before her.

She will be lovingly remembered by her mother, Carmen Pitter; Marlon Williams, whom she shared a marriage with; her sisters, Ann Gregoire, Geraldine Drummond, Deborah Bertrand, Beverly Wells, and Bernadette Cole; her brothers, Andrew Gregoire and Michael Bertrand Jr.; her beloved nieces and nephews; extended family; cherished friends; and all those fortunate enough to have known and loved her. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, Bella.

Though our hearts are heavy with her absence, we find comfort in knowing that Tiffany's life was a gift. Her creativity, laughter, love, and ability to make people feel special will continue through the memories she created and the lives she touched.

Tiffany may no longer be here in physical form, but the magic she brought into the lives of others will live on.
