Obituary For Tina Durette Carson

Tina D. Carson was born January 21, 1972, to the late Sandy Carson and Margaleen Logan Carson of Polk County, NC. She lived in Chapel Hill, NC for the past twenty years. She departed this life on January 11, 2025, at her home. Tina was fifty-two years old at the time of her passing. Tina was a graduate of Polk Central High School. She also graduated from Isothermal Community College, where she earned her C.N.A. degree. Tina loved music, reading, sewing and most of all reciting the bible.

She was preceded in death by her father, Sandy Carson, her sister, Deanna Carson Parrish, her maternal grandparents, Velma and Billy Logan and her paternal grandparents, Bonaparte and Rose Carson.

She leaves to cherish her fond memories; her mother, Margaleen Carson and step dad Allen Wiley of Polk County, NC, one sister, Angela Carson of Chapel Hill, NC, one brother Devante Tutt-Boyd of Spartanburg, SC, two nieces, Skyler, Ja’Nola, three nephews, Kyler, Connor and Nolan, five uncles, Cub Logan (Gloria), John Logan (Tami), Reginald Logan (Rosalyn), Daniel Logan (Pamela) and Larry D. Logan (Haidy), one aunt, Cynthia Logan, one great uncle, Ulysses D. Miller (Doris), three great aunts, Ina Willis and Lucille Miller, Juandree Lindsey (Julius) one special cousin Chris Hines and a host of loving cousins and friends.
