Billy Henegar, Age 82, passed away peacefully on October 29,2025 at Fort Sander Regional Medical Center.Born and raised in Etowah, TN (McMinn County) to the Late William S.Henegar and Helen Simpson Henegar. Billy had worked at Bowater-Watts Bar for 17years until 1995 when he then moved to Knoxville, TN where he then met his loving wife Bonita Henegar who he marry in 1996.Billy dedicated 22 years of his life as a Construction Worker.He also worked as a Security Guard for 13 years.Billy loved giving to St.Jude and others.He would love to crack a joke at times to those who may have known him.He also loved watching sports -bar-b-cuing and sometimes traveling to Home Town and Pigeon forge, Gatlinburg, TN.Billy retired in1998,Where he had settled in Knoxville, TN.Billy is survive by his loving wife of 29 years Bonita Henegar and his son Maurice Merchant.Big Brother Keith (Mitchell, Jacob, Carrie)Rule.Very devoted friends Graham (Jill, Jaclyn) Cohen and Don(Karen) Hatchett, John(Sue) Bridgeman.Also very dear friends Brian (April, Chloe) Smith, Steve Higgins, Ronnie Cox.Family Aunts Gilda McDermott and Sedelia Smith. Billy Henegar 's Legacy Will always remain Alive through his loving wife, Bonita Henegar.
