With deepest sorrow, Candi S. Welcome “aged 41” a beloved mother, daughter, sister, family member, and friend; passed away Monday, April 14 2025. At the time of her passing, she was at home. Born in Cincinnati, Ohio. She lived in Knoxville.

Candi was educated in the Knox County school system. She loved being outdoors, shopping, and spending time with family and friends. She was a sensible and forgiving person.

Proceeded in death by grandmother: Theonia Welcome, great aunt: Mamie Bond, and cousins: John Merchant, and Tasha Welcome.

She will be forever missed by mother: Amy Welcome, sisters: Tamisha Welcome and Tracy Welcome, brothers: Antonio Welcome and Reno Welcome, devoted Auntie: Kathy Welcome, Her children: Davisha Welcome and Zay Clark, A Host of cousins, nieces, and nephews. As well as devoted friends Jim, and Fred Timmons.

The family will have viewing and receiving of friends on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 12-2:00 p.m. at the Unity Mortuary Chapel.
