Dar'Rious Ja'Mond Pannell (DJ) was truly one of a kind. A son, a brother, a father, and a friend, he was a man with a personality you couldn't ignore and an energy you couldn't contain. Funny, authentic, outspoken, and unapologetically himself, he had a way of making people laugh, keeping everyone on their toes, and making even ordinary moments memorable.

He lived life in his own way, never pretending to be someone he wasn't. He leaves behind children who will forever carry a piece of him, family who will cherish the memories, and friends who will never forget his laughter, his spirit, or the unmistakable presence he brought into every room.

He is survived by his loving children Ja'Myrah Pannell and Da'Riyah Pannell. He leaves behind a large and loving family, including his parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly and carry his memory in their hearts forever.

Family and friends will gather on Sunday, November 8, 2026 from 2-4:00 p.m.at the Unity Mortuary Chapel.
