De’Von LaVar Kaiser, age 44, departed this life on Friday, March 7, 2025. He was born on April 15, 1980, to Kay Sharon Kaiser, who preceded him in death.
In addition to his mother, De’Von was preceded in death by his grandmother, Margaret Tate, and his aunts, Marjean Adeoba, Beverly Wedthoff, and Stacy Owens.
He leaves to cherish his memory his children, DeAsia Shoopman, De’Von Kaiser II, and Ta’Tiyona Kaiser; his sister, Toneka (Terrance) Waters; his aunts, Carolyn Kaiser and Jamelba Tate; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 15, 2025, from 11:00 to 11:30 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11:30 AM at Bon View Baptist Church, 900 Belleaire Avenue, Knoxville, TN 37921.
