Yolanda A. (Cates) Drew-age 56 departed this life November 17, 2021 at her residence.

Yolanda was born on July 29, 1956 to Helen Murl (Gipson) Cates and Samuel Cates, Sr, both have predeceased her. She is also preceded in death by brother Charles Stephen Cates and Sister Robin Cates.

She leaves to cherish her memories; daughter, Helen (Efrem) Mahone, sons: Herman Thomas IV, Joseph Daniel Drew, and Charles Stephen Drew, 4 grandchildren, Sisters, Deatra Cates, Erica (Cates) Sawyer, Brothers, Corteland Keshira Cates, Samuel Cates Jr, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 27, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. with Celebration of Life Service to begin at 1:00 p.m. at Lomax Temple AME Zion Church, 3220 Sherman St., Knoxille, TN 37921 with Pastor Marc Green officiating
