Eddie Winslow, as I new him was a strong and committed RHO PSI Brother. It is inspiring to see that he had dedicated his life to helping students through TRIO. I am involved in the TRIO fight also.

We fondly remember Edward Earl Leon Winslow, III from our days at TSU where we were briefly roommates. Eddie was very thoughtful, very funny and a great fraternity brother. Who can forget the Corvair that he drove us around in and which left him stranded at Purdue with the brothers? LOL. He will be missed but we look forward to seeing him in Omega Chapter one day. Rest on good brother!
Winslow will be greatly missed! Even in sickness, he was in great spirits, having fun with the brothers when Rick Ingram, Anthony Jones and I visited him in ICU in Birmingham. Again a good brother who will be truly missed by us all. May God give comfort to the family and let us all rejoice knowing that Eddie is now at home with the Lord.
May the Lord Keep and Comfort You As you Celebrate the Life and Legacy of Brother Ed .Remember God Never Abandons his Children
Omega chapter awaits us all. You have arrived there earlier than your remaining brothers on the 44. But Friendship endures forever. To Paula, the daughters, Ed's mother and relatives, we join with you in your loss. Deepest sympathy.

Winslow was a 'Good' man. Met him when he attended Tennessee State. Full of fun but compassionate to others. We will all miss his beautiful spirit and I trust that with the love of family and friends you will find strength and eventually peace.
