FUNERAL SERVICE: Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., Beulah Baptist Church, 3100 25th St., Tuscaloosa, AL 35401. Mrs. Lewis will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at the church. Pastor David E. Gay, Jr. will officiate.
